chardonnay (2019) $35
Barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak for 8 months with partial malolactic fermentation. This bright and crisp chardonnay has notes of yellow apple and juicy apricot. The neutral French oak adds softness and complexity to balance the acid. This is the private label of winemaker and owner of Broc Cellars, Chris Brockway and Tim Elenteny, of Elenteny Imports.

Château Fontvert, "Les Restanques Blanc"
Rhône Valley, FR
vermentino and grenache blanc (2019) $32
This is a versatile winter white. Soft dried rice notes on the nose seamlessly transition to notes of whipped, salted butter on the palate. Hints of white flowers and barely-there Bartlett pear contribute to it’s complexity. This wine would be great with seafood, pastas, pork, chicken, or anything really. Seriously, drink it.
Domaine Collin, "Crémant de Limoux"
chardonnay, chenin blanc and pinot Noir (NV) $28
This dry white sparkler is made using the traditional method for sparkling wine with the secondary fermentation occurring inside the bottle. Chenin Blanc adds a round body with Chardonnay gives balance with bright acidity. Notes of toasted bread, green apple and lemon zest work.
Château d’Oupia, "Pays d’Hérault Les Hérétiques"
carignan (2019) $26
90% carignan and 10% syrah. Half of the carignan is traditionally fermented, while the other half is carbonically macerated in whole clusters. The result is a bold, plummy red that makes for an excellent bistro wine. Powerful notes of blueberry compote and black fruit are balanced by a pink peppercorn finish.
Mary Taylor, "Filipe Ferreira Douro"
touriga nacional, tinta roriz, touriga franca (2016) $29
The red is earthy, with a good balance of savory and fruity flavors. Ripe tomato and hints of cedar smoke provide a good tannic structure for the juicy notes of overripe strawberries. Her wines focus on the terroir or “sense of place” that each varietal can produce.

moscatel de alejandria (2019) $40
A zingy skin contact wine with notes of ripe tangerine and chamomile. The lengthy amount of time that the wine sat on the skins and the lack of fining or filtration gives the wine a lovely, opalescent melon color and the presence of botrytis in some of the grapes that were used adds a nice spiced honey note.
