Method Spirits was founded in 2020 by Cory Fitzsimmons, the former head bartender at the Union Square Cafe in New York City. He was discouraged by the lack of locally made vermouths and decided to begin developing his own. Method Spirits is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York and currently produces a Turin-style sweet vermouth and a dry, blanc vermouth reminiscent of French white vermouth.
This sweet vermouth is very similar to Cocchi Torino. Notes of cinnamon, forest floor, clove, wormwood and a touch of vanilla.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
