  • Castello di Stefanago is a 11th century castle and estate located in Lombardy in the Oltrepo Pavese with wine cellars, 18 hectares of vineyards and 135 hectares of meadows, forests and orchards. For the last five generations, the Baruffaldi family have been the stewards of the estate, with brothers. Antonio and Giacomo Baruffaldi currently at the helm.

The golden orange wine is a slightly oxidozed but bright expression of chardonnay and cortese. Aromas and notes of tangerine zest, chamomile and the slight funk and florality of wildflower honey. Macerated on the skins for 48 days and then fermented in stainless steel.
