Domaine Cazes was founded in 1895 and has been run by that family for 3 generations. Surrounded by the Pyrenees mountains in the heart of Roussillon, South of France, this estate is a leader in biodynamic wine making. For over 25 years now, the 220-hectares single bloc estate of Domaine Cazes has been entirely certified organic and biodynamic.
8 to 15 hours of skin contact and 8 months in neutral oak. Bright tannins with aromas of bergamot, tea wood, curry, orange peel and cloves. The palate is exotic, with hints of bitter orange and kumquat.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
