Il Mostro, or The Monster, is the newest venture of Poggio Anima, a company that produces single vineyard wines from sites around Italy. Il Monstro is their line that uses natural winemaking and some blending and uses grapes from certified organic vineyards. Their first vintages were in 2020 and began with ancestral method sparkling wines of the white and pink colors respectively. They’ve since expanded to still wines.
Fun, fresh and easy sparkling wine; what’s not to love? Notes of fresh quince, lemongrass acidity and a nice, nutty finish.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
