Winemaker Peter Weimer is Swiss but his love for Italy runs deep. He fell in love with the Langhe region when vacationing there as a wine enthusiast and eventually left his job as a computer scientist to pursue a career in winemaking. In 1992, He bought three hectares of neglected vineyards and an old farmhouse named Cascina Ebreo near Barolo, which he revitalized with the help of winemaking friends.
Two weeks of skin contact and aged in amphora. Aromas of crushed white flowers like honeysuckle and jasmine with notes of lychee, stone fruit, and aniseed. Rich with tannic texture and a little bit of funk.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
