From the importer: Vice Versa wines embody Bobo Selections' philosophy of natural winemaking. The production process involves organically or biodynamically farmed grapes, hand-harvested and fermented using only indigenous yeasts. Minimal intervention in the cellar and little to no added sulfites (0-40 ppm) characterize the winemaking approach. Remi Pouizin strives to craft wines that express the terroir and reflect an artisanal methodology. Typically, Vice Versa wines are produced in limited quantities from small vineyard plots of less than 10 hectares, aligning with Bobo Selections' standard practices.
Light and chillable with a fruity punch. Red fruits and pink flowers with silky smooth tannic structure.
