Slavček is a two century-old family winery in the Vipava Valley of Slovenia. The oldest records of the farm, from 1769, indicate that it was called “Slavčevih” which translates to “nightingale,” which has become the winery’s mascot. The winery is currently helmed by winemaker Franc Vodopivec and also runs as a traditional inn, specializing in agro-tourism and serving only what is grown on the property.
This white blend is fermented in oak and stainless steel and has a 5 day maceration. The result is a bright and clean wine that would be lovely for the first day of warm weather. Notes of white peach, salt and a green finish.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
