Thomas Stolpman founded Stolpman Vineyards over 20 years ago on a limestone outcropping in the hills of California’s Central Coast. Now it’s in the hands of a talented team of people, including Peter Stolpman, Thomas’ son. This family business takes ecological impact and concerns seriously while focusing on making fun, light hearted wines.
This light red is 76% grenache, 12% gamay and 12% trousseau and undergoes carbonic maceration. The blend and method make this the perfect Thanksgiving and fall food wine, with it’s bright, tart sour cherry notes and touch of earthiness.
