Agricola Grillos Cantores is a single vineyard, side project started in 2019 by Paco Leyton of Clos des Fous. Paco became interested in the Itata Valley region of Chile when he met José Neira, whose family had planted a vineyard there 150 years ago. At the same time, he fell in love with Corinto (also known as Chasselas) which grows on bush vines. His vineyard is dry farmed and plowed by hand on steep slopes with granite soils. He plans to eventually make red wines on the same property.
The flor makes this wine bready and oxidative, a bit like sherry. A medium gold in color with a light bodied texture and soft yellow fruit notes.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
