Bulli sits in the northwest corner of Emilia-Romagna in the Colli Piacentini, squeezed between the Po river to the north and the Apennine mountains to the south. This area has a tradition of making frizzante metodo ancestrale and Bulli has been making it since the late 1800s. The matriarch of the family, La Signora Bulli still oversees the estate and her son, Leonardo Bulli is the current winemaker. Bulli uses no SO2 at bottling and prioritizes the traditional winemaking methods of the region.

This wine spends 5 days on its skins, picking up an apricot hue. The result is a rustic minerality and a touch of salt with a combination of a fruit forward and herbaceous flavor.
