Conquilla, Catalan for “shell”, is an estate-grown Cava produced in both white and rosé which delivers impeccable, family-farmed quality and an eye-catching package alluding in playful fashion to its genesis in the sedimentary limestone soils of the Penedès valley west of Barcelona.
Citrusy nose with overtones of bay leaf and orange. Small, vivacious bubbles give this wine a velvety texture with white fruit notes and a hint of almond on the finish. After its primary fermentation, it undergoes a long, slow secondary fermentation at low temperature followed by twelve months aging sur lie in bottle before disgorgement.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
