David Finlayson was born and raised in Stellenbosch and is a third generation grape grower and vintner. In 2004, he and his family purchased Edgebaston Farm and replanted the 30 hectare vineyard with Burgundian and Bordeaux grape varieties.
The tight minerality keeps a wonderful acid grip on the palate showing good aging potential. A floral note of wild, white flowers such as frangipani and almond blossom is nose and follows through the palate. Decently funky and multi layered.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
