Elisa Carta is the owner and maker who handcrafts all of the spirits for Liquore delle Sirene. She uses only single infusion botanicals which are grown and gathered around Lake Garda in Italy. All of her products are handmade with natural ingredients without any compromise of flavorings or chemical colors.
A wine-based apertivo made with trebbiano and garganega grapes and local botanicals. The nose is bright and lively, which also translates to the palate and then mellows with deeper notes of cacao, gentian and hibiscus. Drink this over ice with a lemon wedge or take it one step further by topping with sparkling water or prosecco.

In accordance with Pennsylvania liquor law, all of our bottle sales, including the wine club, will be pick-up only from our store inside Lawrenceville Market House.
The sale will not be completed until you pick up your wine and present your valid US drivers’ license or passport. We are limited to 4 bottles (3L) per transaction. If you are interested in ordering more than 6 bottles, send us an email to info@nineoclockwines.com
